These terms govern your use of PTCG.co.uk ("the site", "the service"). By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What PTCG.co.uk is

PTCG.co.uk is an independent, unofficial community tool for UK-based Pokémon TCG collectors. It aggregates publicly available stock information, community sightings, and release date data to help collectors find products at retail prices. The site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Nintendo, Game Freak, or The Pokémon Company International in any way.

Pokémon and all related names are trademarks of Nintendo / Creatures Inc. / GAME FREAK inc. Their use here is purely descriptive and informational.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 16, you should have a parent or guardian's permission. By registering, you confirm you meet these requirements and are based in the United Kingdom.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account or use someone else's account. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or are used abusively.

4. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use automated tools to make bulk requests to the site's backend or API endpoints
• Republish, resell, or redistribute the data, content, or compilations from this site without permission
• Submit false, misleading, or malicious community content (sightings, retailer suggestions, discussions)
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or the site's infrastructure
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose under English law

Community-submitted content (stock sightings, retailer suggestions) is moderated and may be edited or removed at our discretion. By submitting content you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to display it on the site.

5. Stock information and accuracy

Stock alerts, release dates, and availability information are provided in good faith but carry no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Retailer stock positions change rapidly. We accept no liability for missed purchases, incorrect information, or any loss arising from reliance on this data. Always verify directly with the retailer before travelling or committing to a purchase.

6. Affiliate links and advertising

Some links on the site may be affiliate links — we may earn a small commission if you make a purchase via them, at no extra cost to you. The site also displays third-party adverts via Google AdSense. We do not control or endorse the content of those advertisements.

7. Changes to the service

We may add, modify, or withdraw features at any time without notice. We may also update these terms — continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be noted with an updated date above.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PTCG.co.uk and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
